  • Estimated age: 35 - 50 years old
  • Tattoos: A woman’s face (wearing a sombrero on head) & bust on right upper chest with the words Brown Sugar, a tattoo of the name Monique under his right nipple, a Pink Panther on his upper right abdomen, the letter "N" on his lower mid chest adjacent from what resembles an inverted "Y", apparent 2 small roses on his left lower chest, an apparent cartoon character of possibly a dog or bear dressed in pants & a shirt on his right shoulder.

Case History
The victim was located in North Las Vegas on October 13, 1991. At approximately 0220 hours a person looking into dumpsters for cans was at the AM-PM Store at 2000 East Cheyenne Avenue in North Las Vegas, Nevada when they found the torso of the victim inside a dunpster. No head or limbs were recovered. No clothing was on the body.
