The victim was discovered on October 19, 2002 in St. Croix County, Wisconin

Date of Death: 6-9 months in earlier 2002.

It is believed that she may have been severely retarded. She may have been institutionalized.

Vital Statistics

Age: 35-50 years old

Distinguishing Characteristics: Dark brown hair. She may have been of Asian or American Indian ancestry or of White-Mixed Hispanic ancestry. Her eyes would have been very far apart, with an extremely flat nose and facial features.

Dentals: The teeth of this individual had been missing for several years prior to death. No dentures were with the skull.

Case History
The victim was located in St. Croix County, Wisonsin on October 19, 2002.
A human female skull was found in a deep ravine next to a roadway. The skull was found in a garbage bag. There were no signs of trauma to the skull and no other body parts or skeletal remains have been located.
