She'd left her boyfriend at an area motel and was heading to a nearby restaurant. As a teenager, Osborn began using drugs, and getting into trouble and was arrested for prostitution. And at 17, she left home for good, heading to Seattle. But she always stayed in touch with her mother, calling on holidays and birthdays. Her mother received regular calls until September 1983. Osborn is thought to be a victim of the Green River Serial Killer, Gary Ridgeway. He has however not pleaded guilty to her disappearance.
