• Distinguishing Characteristics: Black hair; brown eyes. Facial stubble. The victim had facial scars, a lower lip scar, old healed fractures of the skull and a 9-inch-long midline abdominal surgical scar. A small projectile which was found in his lower back is from an old incident and did not contribute to his death.
• Clothing: He was wearing a long-sleeve dark blue shirt, a pair of mismatched socks, brown trousers, a brown belt, one brown boot, a paring knife with black handle, $2.50, one stick of Juicy Fruit gum and a chili pepper.
