Vital Statistics
- Estimated age: 45 - 55
- Approximate Height and Weight: 5'10" - 6'0"; 210 - 215 lbs.
- Distinguishing Characteristics: Black hair; brown eyes. The victim has a blackish discoloration of his legs and feet as well as flat scars on his scalp. He had an unkempt beard and mustache. His hair is sparse, short, and black with a few strands of gray.
- Dentals: Available.
- Clothing: The victim was wearing multiple layers of clothing consisting of a red long sleeve sweater, a multi-colored long sleeve sweater, two dark-colored long sleeve sweaters, two black short sleeve t-shirts, four pairs of denim pants, three pairs of thermal underpants, one pair of socks and one pair of brown boots.
Case History
The victim was found on top of the bridge at East Peddie Street and Frelinghuysen Avenue by the railroad tracks in Newark, New Jersey on March 15, 2000. He is believed to be homeless and may have lived under this bridge. The victim had pulmonary emphysema.
