• Distinguishing Characteristics: Hispanic male. Black hair; brown eyes. Full beard and a moustache.
• Marks, Scars: Scar across right knee, scar on heel (unknown which one), scar on the upper bridge of his nose (between his eyes). He also has a bump on the top of his shoulder (possibly his right side) from a previous fracture.

Circumstances of Disappearance
Israel was last seen at approximately 12:00pm at his residence in the vicinity of 14th Avenue and Van Buren Street in Phoenix, AZ. Foul play is suspected.
