Approximate Height and Weight: 5'9"

Distinguishing Characteristics: Dark eyes. He had stubble on his chin and short plaited, black hair. Medium build.

Dentals: Natural teeth.

Clothing: He was wearing a pink T-shirt with black denim shorts and had a shell string bracelet.

Case History
The victim jumped from a boat in the English Channel on 17th June 2003. He was found as a stowaway on the boat and is believed to have come from West Africa, most probably from the Ivory Coast or Cameroon.
