Elshawndrea Devon Jones
Missing since February 18, 1999 from Hilton Head Island, Beaufort County, South Carolina
Classification: Endangered Missing

Vital Statistics

Circumstances of Disappearance
Elshawndrea was last seen in the vicinity of the 100 block of Wild Horse Road in Hilton Head, SC. He had plans to move a piece of furniture from one location to another and received a call on his cellular phone to go to Bluffton. He left for Bluffton but never returned to get his furniture.

He hasn't been seen since the night he disappeared with his friend, Toby Bing, on February 18. Both men are presumed to be homicide victims, although their bodies have never been found.
Blood and DNA evidence found at a Bluffton home convinced authorities that Bing had been murdered and a Bluffton teen was charged with his slaying. Toby's body has not been found. And no sign has been found of Jones.

Shawn Jones had recently moved to Atlanta with his girlfriend and daughter and wanted to get his auto mechanic's license and open his own shop.
