Circumstances of Disappearance
Houk was last seen in Palm Beach County, FL on October 1, 1990. He resided in Indianapolis, IN at the time of his disappearance.

He walked away from his fathers residence in Indianapolis around noon on October 1, 1990.
Houk had not transportation and always would hitchhike.
