Circumstances of Disappearance
Garcia, an immigrant from Veracruz, Mexico, worked at Rama Foods in Ontario, CA when he was most likely killed by his boss, Woravit Mektrakarn, over a pay dispute.
Mektrakarn was charged with murder in 2003 and disappeared shortly thereafter, believe to have gone to Thailand. He has been since located in Thailand and is being extradited back to the U.S. to face murder charges.
Police believe Garcia's body may have been dumped in the desert between Ontario, CA and Los Angeles, CA, or Las Vegas, NV.
