    • Circumstances of Disappearance

    Perez was scheduled to meet her former husband on July 10, 1988 in Anchorage, Alaska. They planned to meet at the McDonald's restaurant on 36th and Old Seward. Perez intended to pick up her 4 - year old son at the meeting. Her boyfriend told the authorities that Perez's ex-husband called him later in the day and said that she never arrived. Perez's 1985 Plymouth Colt was located at the airport some time afterwards.
    A search of airline manifest records showed that Perez did not fly from the airport under either of her names. She has never been seen again.
    Police think she was a victim of homicide.
