Circumstances of Disappearance
Todd was last seen in the vicinity of West 10th and Birch Avenue, in Vancouver, Canada.
He stood up a friend at a concert on August 7, 1988 and he hasn't been heard from since. His belongings were left in his Vancouver apartment, where a sad poem addressed to "loved ones" was found lying in his room. He wasn't addicted to drugs and didn't have any known enemies.
