Unidentified White Male

  • The victim was discovered on May 19, 1976 in Cochise County, Arizona
  • Estimated Date of Death: 1973 to 1975

Vital Statistics

  • Estimated age: 30-40 years old
  • Approximate Height and Weight: 5'7"
  • Distinguishing Characteristics: Hair and eye color unknown. Well healed fracture to the nasal bones at their midpoint (broken nose). Well healed fracture of the left mandible (broken jaw on left side). Well healed incomplete fracture of the right mandible (injury to jaw on right side). The beginning of osteoarthritis is evidenced by hypertrophic changes on the articular facets of C1, C4, C5, L3 - L5.

Case History
The victim was located by a Texas anthropologist searching for animal remains in a remote desert area, 7 miles west of Tombstone, 1 mile south of Highway 80.
