  • Date Of Birth: April 7, 1971
  • Age at Time of Disappearance: 16 years old
  • Height and Weight at Time of Disappearance: 6'2; 150 pounds
  • Distinguishing Characteristics: White male. Blonde /auburn hair; blue eyes.
  • Marks, Scars: Rawls' collarbone protrudes on the left side. He has a scar above his navel.
  • Clothing: A black and white pullover jacket; Levi's 501 jeans; and white Kaepa sport shoes. He was also wearing a silver ring with a turquoise stone in the center shaped like a marijuana leaf and a watch with a moon design on the face with a tan cowhide band.
  • AKA: Sam Hain

  • Circumstances of Disappearance
    Rawls was last seen walking a female friend to her home from a mutual friend's house. His bicycle was discovered later at the originating friend's home, but there was no sign of Rawls.
    Foul play is possible in this case.
