Circumstances of Discovery

Unknown homeless male found unresponsive on the northbound sidewalk of Cross Bay Blvd, a mile south of the North Channel bridge in Broad Channel, by rangers at above location in Gateway National Park. EMS responded and pronounced at the scene.
