- Tattoos: The victim had distinctive tattoos including "JOSE JUAREZ" on the inside right forearm, "J J" on the inside left forearm, three dots on the chin, and one dot on the forehead centered above the nose.
- Clothing: The victim was wearing a long sleeved faded blue shirt with yellow, green, and red designs; red, brown, and white checkered Levi type trousers with flare bottoms and 3 inch cuffs; and Mexican style worn brown cowboy boots with holes on each side of the straps at the top of each boot.
