Two fisherman found the victim's body in the Styx River at the end of Juniper Lane at Donovan's Landing.
Foul play is not suspected in his death, which was the result of drowning.
Authorities hoped releasing images of the man's tattoos would lead to recognition, but no new leads surfaced. They have looked into locating the potential loved one or significant other named "Becky," but they have been unsuccessful.
On January 30, 2020, authorities announced they would exhume the man's remains for DNA testing and additional forensic information.
