  • Distinguishing Characteristics: Black collar length hair, brown eyes. Blood type: B+.
  • Dentals: Full set of teeth, no dental work.
  • Tattoos: 2 tattoos: One of a banner on the right thigh; other a fedora-style hat with a blank face, mustache and goatee on the right chest.
  • Clothing: He was wearing a women's 3/4 length brown coat, a red sweatshirt, blue jeans, white socks and tan high top work boots, size 7 1/2.
    Pocket contained section of Bloomington, IL newspaper dated 9/19/91 and blue plastic harmonica.

Case History
The victim was found on September 23, 1991 hanging from a tree near railroad tracks in South Bend, Indiana.
He may be an illegal immigrant.
