Located on February 2, 1981 in Midwest City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.

Cause of death was Cardiac Arrest.

Vital Statistics

Estimated age: Over 46 years old

Approximate Height and Weight: 5'8"-5'9"; 187 lbs.

Distinguishing Characteristics: Gray hair; brown eyes. Balding. 1 cm. scar on thumb of right hand where nail is missing. Victim was transient type of person.

Clothing: He was wearing multiple layers of clothing: a green outer coat, 3 pairs of polyester and cotton pants, a plaid flannel shirt, 2 T-shirts, boxer shorts and hiking boots.

Other: Possible name - Sam Rodriguez.

Case History
The victim died in the presence of police officers - natural causes. Unable to make a positive ID, no ID with the body.
Several people identified the man as Sam Rodriquez. No prints could be located to confirm.
A sister was named for Sam Rodriquez but she could not be located. All info indicates the man is Sam Rodriquez but due to the fact the identification is not positive he is still carried in the Unidentified File. The body was released to the county as Sam Rodriquez.
