Distinguishing Characteristics: Indian. Brown eyes; black hair. He had a mustache and beard. He had a 2" scar on his chest and two moles on left side of his nose. Prominent arcus senilis.

Case History
The victim was found on October 9, 1998, in the garage of 170-19 Henley Road in Queens, New York. He lived in attic of the garage and was climbing a ladder up to his room on when he fell off of the ladder.
He was then taken to Mary Immaculate Hospital, where he coded three days later.
Known to the neighborhood as "Prakash".
