    • Clothing: He was wearing black high-top Converse All-Stars sneakers and a gold-colored Hamilton wristwatch. The pockets from a pair of jeans remained near his body (the material deteriorated over time).

    Case History
    The victim was discovered on Blue Heron Blvd, north of the Beeline Highway and west of the Florida Turnpike in West Palm Beach, FL. He had been deceased since at least 1990, but death could have occurred in 1988.
