Circumstances of Disappearance
Angela was last seen in the vicinity of the 1200 block of 9th Street, in Portsmouth, OH leaving her residence with a male individual who is a suspect in her disappearance and homicide.

Angela's sister, Tina Holsinger, was found murdered in July 1995.
Angela's body has not been recovered.
