Circumstances of Disappearance
Campbell was last seen at approximately 16.00 on December 27, 1991 near her home in Fairfield, California.
She left her brother and a friend to ride her bicycle to another friend's house; she never arrived.

Campbell's bicycle was discovered abandoned later in the night.
Authorities believe that she was abducted by a non-family member.
