Circumstances of Disappearance
Longley was last seen in Chattanooga, Tennessee on August 1997. Family members say Mr. Longley may have left on his own accord en route to Atlanta to find work after an argument with a family member or he could have left because of health issues he was facing.
His brothers advised it was unusual for him not to keep in touch with his family.
