Circumstances of Disappearance
Cliff was last heard from in November 1997, when he left the UK to work as an English teacher in Madrid.
Although it is believed that Steven is no longer in Spain, his current whereabouts remain unknown. Prior to moving abroad, Steven was living in Bournemouth, however he is originally from Rotherham, South Yorkshire.
His family are very anxious to know that Steven is safe and well as it has been so long since they were in contact. They would love to hear from him, even if it is just to let them know that he is ok.
Cliff had previously worked in Lisbon.
