Multiple healed linear incisions of the scalp, status post left craniotomy (x2), residual left subdural hematoma.
Dentals: Available. Left lower cuspid has a restoration.
Fingerprints: Available - partials but not very good and not numbered.
DNA: Not available. No samples retained.
