Rachel Thomas had recently divorced Greg Thomas when she disappeared from her Jacksonville home. Police found bloodstains and signs of a struggle and her car was missing from her residence. Her car, a 1987 gray Honda Civic Del Sol with Florida license plates was located three days after she was last seen.
Greg Thomas was convicted of kidnapping and killing his ex-wife to avoid paying a divorce settlement on March 24, 1993.
Her body has never been found.
