Joe Luiz, was home on working in his house while his daughters were there on March 10, 1992.
When his wife returned home he was gone.

Joe did not take his car, but he did pack a suitcase.

Joe filled out an unemployment card and mailed it in on March 30, 1992. The unemployment office advised the check was cashed.
