Circumstances of Disappearance
Turner was last seen as he left Turner's Gun Shop in London, Kentucky on September 25, 1992.
Terry Turner owns this gun shop and left the gun store that day around 13:30. According to an employee at the gun shop Mr. Turner left with someone in a vehicle but the employee could not see the person in the vehicle.
The victim’s family stated that Mr. Turner had an alcohol problem and the family believed he may have gone somewhere seeking help. However, checks of area facilities turned up no information.
