Additional Personal Items: Two one dollar bills were found in right front pocket.
The victim was found by someone walking down the railroad tracks at 800 North Palm Street in North Little Rock, Arkansas on January 25, 1986. The remains were partially covered with dirt.
Investigators believe the man may have frequented the Baseline-Geyer Springs area of southwest Little Rock.
