• Date Of Birth: December 18, 1995
• Age at Time of Disappearance: 1 years old
• Height and Weight at Time of Disappearance: 2'6" (76 cm); 25-35 lbs (11 kg)
• Distinguishing Characteristics: White/Hispanic female. Black hair; brown eyes. Pierced ears.
• Marks, Scars: Victoria has pierced ears and may have a vertical scar on her nose. Victoria may still have a dark spot (looks like a bruise) on the top of one of her wrists.
• Dentals: She has a gap between her front top teeth.

Circumstances of Disappearance
On September 17, 1997, during ongoing court proceedings and custody disputes, Victoria’s non-custodial father, Raul Lopez Rodriquez was scheduled for a two-day visitation and never returned Victoria home to her mother. Victoria was abducted from Kilgore, Texas. Victoria and Raul may possibly be in the Southern California area.
A felony warrant is on file for the abductor.
There is a possibility that they reside either in Mexico or in California.
Raul Rodriquez has associations in Texas as well and can adjust to any area that he resides in quite comfortably.
