Circumstances of Disappearance
Kissinger was last seen in Siloam Springs, Arkansas on December 13, 1997.
Dylan and Taylor Rae Kissinger were abducted by their non-custodial mother, Showana Michelle Kissinger. An FBI Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution warrant was issued for the abductor on December 8, 1999. They may be in the company of an adult male and two juvenile females in Oklahoma or Texas.
