• Clothing: Long sleeve three color (white, light blue and dark blue) shirt that zips up the front, black jeans, Tarheel baseball cap, Nike white tennis shoe with small colors, size 9.

Circumstances of Disappearance
Jacobs was last seen at a convenience store in Red Springs, North Carolina on February 26, 1996. He had ridden there from his girlfriend's house with the friend. He was seen getting into a black vehicle with more than one person in the car.

Troy had expressed to his father earlier that evening that he was concerned for his safety. Foul play is suspected and Troy has not been seen since. All searches for him have been unsuccessful.
