• Clothing: Dark gray pants, a dark brown plaid shirt, black shoes and possibly a white cap.
• Medical: He has diminished mental capacity due to a stroke.
• AKA: Paw Paw

Circumstances of Disappearance
Balinski was last seen as he left his east Harris County home in the 6600 block of Miller Wilson Road about 08.00 in Crosby, Texas on April 3, 1997.

He was looking for cans to recycle.
He has wandered off before and been found several miles away.
