Circumstances of Disappearance
Bresson's last known address was a recreational vehicle parked at a campground near Why, Arizona, a tiny crossroads hamlet on the rugged Sonoran desert 30 miles north of the Mexican border.

No one immediately noticed when Bresson went missing, so it was left to his son of Independence, Iowa to report him as missing to his local authorities on January 14, 1997.
