The victim was found in a wooded area near Godby Road and Old National Highway in College Park, Georgia, in an area frequented by druggies and homeless. Investigators found bones scattered over an area 50 feet across. Nearly all of the skeleton was recovered. DNA analysis indicates that he may be a biological relative of an unidentified African-American female who was found in Screven County, Georgia.
