Approximate Height and Weight: 5'6"-5'9"

Clothing: Long sleeve synthetic blue shirt with red, gray, green, and blue stripes, size medium with "Favorites" label. Heavy blue coat with gray lining. Gray to dark brown knit pants.

Personal Effects: A blue plastic comb was found near body.

Dentals: Available. No fillings or restorations.

DNA: mtDNA Available in FBI NMPDD.

Case History
The victim was found in a wooded area near Godby Road and Old National Highway in College Park, Georgia, in an area frequented by druggies and homeless. Investigators found bones scattered over an area 50 feet across. Nearly all of the skeleton was recovered.
DNA analysis indicates that he may be a biological relative of an unidentified African-American female who was found in Screven County, Georgia.
