Circumstances of Disappearance
On December 11, 1981 Lillie Darlene Miller was reported missing and has not been seen or heard from since.
Miss Miller left her job at the Riviera Beach City Hall to have lunch with her boyfriend, Otis Morgan. She had lunch with Morgan at his apartment on Greenwood Avenue in West Palm Beach, Florida. She never returned to work.
Morgan found her 1979 Pontiac Grand Prix, unlocked and parked in a field near the municipal complex and was the one who initiated the missing person report.
Otis Morgan, who was a suspect in Miller’s disappearance, committed suicide on June 12, 1982.
