Circumstances of Disappearance
Maggard was last seen at approximately 21:00, at her residence in the vicinity of the 500 block of River Road in Silver Grove, Kentucky on July 4, 1984.
All her personal belongings were left behind. She went missing three days before her 23rd birthday during a contentious divorce and custody battle over her son.
