Circumstances of Disappearance
Ruiz was last seen when she was driving to her work in Bosques de las Lomas, from her mother's home in Boulevares, all this in the metro area of Mexico City on February 17, 1996.
She was driving a grey 1990 VW GOLF Sedan, with licence plate nr. 557-EVM from Mexico, D.F.
