Circumstances of Disappearance
Frias was last seen leave from her house with her friend, Yazmin Monserrat Herrera Corona at 7:00 p.m. to buy bread in Estado De Mexico, Mexico on February 1, 1996. They did not return. The following day, another child said that he'd seen them in a black car with dark windows and without plates.
She may have been taken to Argentina, to be used in a network of prostitution.
