• Distinguishing Characteristics: White female. Curly blonde hair; blue eyes.
• Marks, Scars: Brianna has a small mole on her lower back.
• Clothing: A shorts set, white socks and sneakers.

Circumstances of Disappearance
Ballout was last seen in Fall River, Massachusetts on July 7, 1996.
She was abducted by her non-custodial father, Samir Ali Ballout, and may have been taken to Lebanon.
Warrants for the non-custodial father's arrest have been issued by the state of Massachusetts and by the FBI.
Added to the pain are the tormenting telephone calls Mr. Ballout has made to Brianna's mother since the child's abduction. He has telephoned her four times. During one telephone call, Brianna told her mother she loved and missed her. When the child began to cry she was yanked away from the telephone. The first telephone call was on July 10, 1996. Mr. Ballout wouldn't tell her why he took the child, he only hung up on her. The next call came on September 30, 1996, then another on November 18, 1996 and the last on February 28, 1997.
