- Clothing: "Rider" brand jeans, size 8 medium. $13.40 (two five dollar bills in front right pocket of jeans).
- Dentals: Dental charting not completed, poor dentition. Front upper and lower teeth missing.

Case History
A man fishing on the Arkansas River in Tulsa, OK near Riverside Drive found the deceased floating face down in the river.
The unidentified male did not have identification on him.
