The victim was discovered on July 4, 2008 in Moreno Valley, Riverside County, California

Vital Statistics

Estimated age: 20-25 years old

Approximate Height and Weight: 5'9"; 183 lbs.

Distinguishing Characteristics: Black hair, brown eyes. He had a thin mustache.

Tattoos: He had a single tattoo on his inner left forearm, which is similar in appearance to a swastika. He apparently wore an armband to conceal this tattoo.

Clothing: Medium size blue jean pants. A medium size tan T-shirt. Size 9, black sneakers.

Dentals: Available

Fingerprints: Available

Case History
The victim attempted to cross busy roadway in middle of block at Westbound traffic lanes of Alessandro Boulavrd, approximately 178 feet east of Via Vargas Drive, and was struck by at least one vehicle. He died in the hospital four days later. No identification or family has been located.

Possible immigrant from below border.
