Distinguishing Characteristics: Possibly Hispanic. Black straight hair; brown eyes. Stubble on his face. Two moles on the left side of his face at the angle of the mouth. He had no tattoos or scars; no signs of surgery or broken bones.

Case History
On July 28, 2009, the unidentified male was found washed up on the beach in Long Branch, NJ, near the jetty area on the beach near Madison Avenue.
A beach walker found the man's body around 09:45 a.m and called 911. When police arrived, they found the body somewhat high on the beach, leading them to believe he had washed ashore with the 04.00 a.m. high tide. There was no sign of foul play.
