Case History
The victim was located floating in Double Bayou on Eagle Ferry Road in Chambers County, Texas.
On April 27, 2007 a group of Chambers County Adult Probationers were working community service as a clean-up crew. While crossing over the bridge on Eagle Ferry Road, they observed the body of a male who appeared to be taped over the mouth and around his head. After the body was pulled from the water, it was found that the victim's hands had been secured behind his back. The victim's feet had also been bound.
The Chambers County Sheriff's Office has been working with the Mexican Consulate in attempts to identify this subject, but they have no match.
