Circumstances of Disappearance
Mosley was last seen around 2:45 a.m. by a friend who dropped her off near another friend's apartment at High Falcon Road and Pittston Circle. She resided in the 100 block of Westminster Pike and was reported missing at 10 p.m. when her purse, and all its contents, where found by a passerby in Pittston Circle.
