• Located on April 27, 1996 in Maitland, New South Wales, Australia.
• The victim is most likely to have died during Winter (June-August) 1995 or possibly during the previous Winter of 1994.

• Estimated age: 28 - 45 years old
• Approximate Height and Weight: 5'6-5'10" (169-177cm)
• Distinguishing Characteristics: Long, fair, wavy hair, fair- ginger beard, moustache and eyebrows.
• Clothing: He was wearing an olive green "sloppy joe" over a black jumper with a pocket on the front at the waist which was over a beige vest and a v-neck red T-shirt. Olive green tracksuit pants over green Amco jeans size 84 cm waist over beige tracksuit pants over black tracksuit pants. He wore black "Speedo-type" swimming costumes with a white rope pattern running longitudinally down the costume. No footware was present.
