Circumstances of Disappearance
Tobin was last seen in the 900 block of Brown Avenue in Harvey, Louisiana on March 5, 1991.
Tobin is owner of the Foxy Lady Lounge, a strip club, in Harvey, where she normally works seven nights a week. She occasionally stayed at a mobile home in the lounge parking lot. The employees showed up for work the following day and found cash in the register and no sign of her.
Tobin's car was found a short distance from her home. Her wallet has not been found and there has been no activity on her credit card. Foul play is suspected.
