• Distinguishing Characteristics: White male. Blonde hair; green/blue eyes.
• Marks, Scars: Had a pinched nerve in his arm at the time of disappearance and was wearing a sling.
• Clothing: Blue jeans

Circumstances of Disappearance
Weinbender was living in an Apartment block on Selkirk Avenue in the North end of the City.
Unfortunately he had a history of drug and alcohol abuse which lead him to hang around with members of the public who would have taken advantage of him.
In and around the time that William went missing he had suffered an injury which had forced him to seek treatment at the Seven Oakes General Hospital in the evening on the 6th of May 1994. William was last seen outside the emergency doors which faced onto Leila Ave. It is believed that this is where he met up with some person who may have had something to do with his disappearance.
