Circumstances of Discovery

The body of a newborn was found in the woods off of Meadowbrook Drive, just outside Conway. It has not been released if the infant was dead before or after being abandoned at the site.

Police ask the public to remember a woman who would have been pregnant in December 2008. The mother may have shown symptoms after birth to include: dizzy spells, fainting episodes, excessive crying, over-sleeping, and an extended menstrual cycle - lasting two weeks or longer. These symptoms would have been likely in January 2009.
